he is posing a question along the lines of "what is missing from Enterprise Apps"
main theme is to give the users the power over their data, enterprise space is saying that the data is theirs not users.
Now he is talking about a concept called ADF Faces, a client that Oracle came out with about 3 weeks ago.
This runs off of JSF.
These technologies will come with Oracle 11g (The entire REA concept that is)
